She is a Wildflower NPC’s mission is to offer coaching, therapy, healing and support to underprivileged communities who can’t afford it. We aim to assist with healing generational trauma and historic biases, allowing primarily women to empower and free themselves from abuse and poverty cycles.
Our Approach
The holistic approach of She is a Wildflower provides immediate relief and support, and strives to create sustainable change by empowering women on multiple levels. By addressing mental health, providing skills and knowledge, and supporting women’s self-help and community development initiatives, the NPC actively works towards building a resilient and empowered community.
She is a Wildflower NPC’s mission is to offer coaching, therapy, healing and support to underprivileged communities who can’t afford it. We aim to assist with healing generational trauma and historic biases, allowing primarily women to empower and free themselves from abuse and poverty cycles.
At our core, we seek to ensure that the next generation is able to grow up in a stable community environment, heal themselves and those around them, and triumph over abuse.
The focus on providing trauma healing, therapy and coaching for underprivileged women is a crucial step in addressing mental health issues within this demographic. Additionally, She is a Wildflower supports single-woman-run families to make sure that these women can provide for themselves but also contributes to breaking the cycle of poverty, addition and abuse in the community.
Meet the Team
Mbali Masuku
Co-founder of She is a Wildflower, founder of Luludi Knits and mother
I am a self taught knitter, who has been called to heal through this craft. I currently run a slow fashion knitting label called Luludi Knits (@luludiknits) as well as being a co-founder of, She is a Wildflower, dedicated to touching lives and giving women a platform where they can be seen once again
Most of my work today is inspired by the different elements that make me who I am. One of them being my spirituality, which has given me the gift of compassion for others and has called me to be part of She is a Wildflower.
Healing is also one of my greatest purposes and it expresses itself through my knitting and my love of being around plants. I hope to touch and change lives through these gifts and passions; to help others to start the journey to self discovery without shame.
Beth Schneiter
Co-founder of She is a Wildflower, founder of Wildflower Transformational Coaching and mother
I am a certified Transformation Coach and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) Practitioner who is passionate about empowering women as I have seen the ripple effect women have when they heal and share their journey with those around them.
I started Wildflower Transformation Coaching after burning out while following all the “should dos” in life, being outwardly what the world considers successful, but inside feeling anything but. This sent me on my own personal healing journey and remembering who I always knew I was meant to be.
The idea for the NPO came a couple years after starting the business and realising that many people who need help don’t always have access to it. When meeting Mbali we knew straight away that we had a special relationship and decided to head on this journey together of making healing more accessible to everyone.
We are excited to see how this blossoms and grows and to share the journey with you.
